Do I need to be a member to place an order?

No, you will not need to be a member to order. But it will suffice to fill out a 30-second registration form so that you can see the special products and take advantage of special offers.

filling in the membership form does not guarantee you will see the collection in front.

Do product prices in your site also apply to your stores?

Only online stores can exhibit special products.

Which cargo company do you work with?

All our orders are shipped by the courier company we have contracted with. Cargo service is provided throughout Europe.

I want your order sent as a gift. Could you provide a gift package and a note?

If you specify your gift package request beforehand, we will prepare it carefully. We can put your gift note in the original box. No notes are written in the cargo box.

How can I see what stage it is after I give the order?

Once you have created your order, you can see in the "Your orders" section of the CALCULATION section which stage your order is in. When you order your cargo, you will be informed by text message or e-mail. You can also follow the shipping instructions in the "My orders" section.

I like to change / return the product I bought. Does the shipping charge belong to the side?

If you use the cargo we have agreed to for the return and exchange process, you will not be charged for the shipping charge. If you choose another cargo company, you will have to pay the shipping fee. Information is available in the contact section for European and American retail return conditions.

I like to change / return the product I ordered. What should I do?

It is sufficient if you send us a counter-note with a description box with the product box, warranty and invoice you wish to change or return. Our customer representatives will contact you after you arrive by cargo. Unconditional customer satisfaction is our company policy.

What is fast delivery?

Will the order reach elite within days?

Only the products in our warehouse stocks are delivered during the day if "Fast Delivery" is selected.This service is valid in the city you live in. The other orders are delivered within 4-5 working days on average.

Note: Please specify on special orders for special days (New Year, Valentine's Day, Father's Day and Mother's Day). Delivery differs according to density.
